We build standard wall-mounted or freestanding mobile tunnels suitable for all kinds of needs. Our CTS mobile roofing shed is the ideal solution for covering areas to be used for loading/unloading goods, warehousing and possibly production. The CTS Mobile Covering Tunnel can be self-supporting with two rigid heads, one front and one rear, and in this case the shed is self-supporting and can be used as a warehouse in its own right, or resting on the wall perpendicular to it, in which case it offers a viable solution to indoor loading and unloading of goods and ready goods storage.
The standard model Copritutto CTS mobile warehouses are self-supporting structures that can be retracted from pairs of uprights over which trestle trusses are fastened through bolted plates with 8.8 bolts and nuts. The steel uprights slide on a galvanized Sigma profile rail, configured with special wings to prevent structure’s derailing and lifting. The rails are grounded on concrete curbs. Galvanized profile pantographs are inserted between the uprights, sliding on them by means of a system specially designed by Coprikompatt engineers. As the mobile structure slides, the specifically designed pantographs prevent derailment or misalignment of the trusses, providing the possibility of manual packing to the best possible packing size. The surface of the steel, used in the construction of our Copritutto line, is hot dip galvanizined and it ensures full penetration of melted zinc to protect all the structural structural components of our products. The structure is completed by a cover sheet. We, at Coprikompatt, use only certified tear-resistant fabrics with European origin. Our mobile tunnels’ cover sheets are all customizable, available in different colors and with an option to include your company logo.
